🧠 Background
In May 2025, Galxe prepared to launch Starboard, a new B2B product designed to help Web3 projects track the impact of contributors and drive real growth. The creative team was tasked with producing a motion graphics video that could build hype, clearly explain the value proposition, and establish Starboard’s brand identity in a crowded market.
🎯 Objective
Design and animate a launch video for Galxe Starboard to:
- Communicate the problem: fragmented marketing tools in Web3
- Introduce Starboard as the all-in-one solution
- Highlight Starboard’s capabilities: customizable goals, real-time insights, and contributor ranking
- Showcase early launch partners and build credibility
- Drive traffic to galxe.com/starboard
🛠 My Contribution
I led the design and animation of the full 30-second launch video. This included:
- Creating a sleek, unified visual language using Galxe’s cosmic brand aesthetic
- Designing kinetic type transitions to express fragmentation and clarity
- Animating UI screens to showcase product functionality
- Stylizing motion around real-time data, goal customization, and leaderboard dynamics
- Reinforcing key taglines like “Measure Growth. Reward Impact.”
📈 Results & Impact
- 700K+ impressions on the launch tweet
- Featured in 173 media mentions with overwhelmingly positive sentiment (88%)
- 15+ launch partners secured, including SUI, Plume, Dango, 0G, and more
- $5M+ in estimated reward pools contributed by partners
- Used as a core asset in onboarding a pipeline of 90+ interested teams
🧩 Strategic Value
The Starboard video became a central asset in Galxe’s launch strategy and has since been positioned as a growth funnel for other Galxe product lines. Its impact extended beyond awareness. It helped close partnership deals and aligned the broader team under a shared vision of Web3 growth.
