




Introduction
As part of Galxe’s Gravity ecosystem, Gee serves as the community-facing mascot used across branding moments, announcements, and cultural drops. My role was to evolve Gee’s visual range using AI, enabling the character to appear in more expressive and cinematic scenarios without compromising the established design language.
Objective
Create a scalable AI-assisted workflow that preserves Gee’s core identity while allowing faster content creation for milestone posts, seasonal campaigns, and high-engagement moments.
Character Consistency

All generations were anchored to the original Gee character sheet illustrated by the in-house team. This reference ensured consistent facial structure, silhouette, and personality while expanding the mascot’s expressive capabilities.
High-Level Pipeline
I developed a repeatable pipeline centered on:
- Posing and energy exploration in Weavy.ai
- Style refinement and cleanup through upscaling
- Brand-aligned polish and glow enhancement in Photoshop
- Asset finalization for social and campaign use
This allowed the team to rapidly generate new Gee moments at a high level of fidelity while preserving character integrity.

Insight: This milestone image drew a strong community response because the Pokemon-style power-up visual metaphor made the technical metric instantly understandable, turning a complex on-chain performance stat into a celebratory cultural moment.
Gee with Diamond Hands (Arthur Meme Reference)



Insight: This design tapped into one of crypto’s most recognizable cultural signals by pairing the Arthur meme reference with the “diamond hands” holder mentality, resulting in strong resonance because it allowed Gee to participate in the community’s language rather than speaking at it.
600 Million Transactions Milestone — Hero Gee



Insight: The stoic hero posture helped frame the 600 million milestone as a moment of strength and steady growth, using body language as a confidence signal that reinforced Gravity’s upward momentum in a way the community immediately recognized as symbolic.
Godzilla Gee — Call to Action and Winner Reveal






Insight: This two-part cinematic giveaway campaign drove 323K impressions, 45K engagements, and 2.4K new followers by using the kaiju-style CTA as a visual cue to direct users into the comments before delivering the reveal in a follow-up post.
Takeaways
This project validated a repeatable AI pipeline for expanding mascot personality and storytelling range while maintaining brand consistency through reference anchoring and controlled iteration. The approach allowed milestone assets to be produced on tight timelines without sacrificing quality or recognizability. Blending cultural alignment with intentional creative direction, Gee evolved from a static mascot into a character capable of carrying full campaign moments — from community giveaways to on-chain milestone announcements.
